Heating mantle, 'Electromantle EMX Seris'
With polypropylene case, accepts a wide range of round bottom flasks and 60° funnels. The heating element is protected by a preformed stainless steel liner, which is earthed and prevents moisture spillage onto the element. The units are fitted with a switch which enables the upper circuit to be switched off when heating small vessels. All mantles are solid state controlled and spark free (under normal condidtions). A single rod support clamp is provided at the rear of the 50-1000ml model, whilst the 500-500ml model has three rod support clamps. For maximum rod diameter of 12.7mm. 230V, 50-60Hz.
