This thermometer offers ease of use, fast response and high accuracy combined with the unique safety feature of a foldaway probe. It is ideally suited for liquid or semi-solid sampling having a pointed Stainless Steel probe which is a adjustable through 45 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees or 180 degree angles. Ideal applications include industry, laboratory, education and food hygiene temperature tests.
