Thermochromic Sheet Sample Pack - Smart material. A remarkable self adhesive sheet material printed with thermochromic liquid crystal 'ink'. It changes to a bright blue colour when heated above 27 degrees C. Potentail applications are many and varied, and include temperature indication/warnings, body jewellery, or advertising displays (attach a resistance wire to the rear and pass a small current to cause dramatic colour changes to the front 'screen'. This pack contains a piece of thermocolour sheet )50 x 150mm), a metre of resistance wire, and an information pamphlet which describes how to make a simple 'LCD' display.
